The award winning "Browns of Holbeck" Boutique Bed and Breakfast was established in 1990, and is the only 5 Star Gold Award, with Visit England in North Nottinghamshire. Since 2008 they have been included in The Michelin Guide.

With an acre garden and off road parking, "Browns" is in situated on a peaceful rural hamlet of the Welbeck ducal Estate, 7 miles from Sherwood Forest and Robin Hood's Tree, 6 miles from the M1, 9 miles from the A1, and less than one mile away from The Courtyard at Welbeck and a couple of miles drive from the School of Artisan Food.

One of five finalists in the Visit England Awards for Excellence 2014 in the Bed and Breakfast/Guest Accommodation category, The Old Orchard Cottage is a 1730 stone country cottage. Browns offers maximum privacy with three separate en-suite Garden Rooms surrounding a terrace in the garden. Each Garden Room has a four-poster bed, Egyptian cotton bed linen, and are individually styled to create a relaxing atmosphere. A locally sourced breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the garden. Arrive to a warm welcome and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. "Browns" is an adult only accommodation.
