1620 (opening 2020)

1620, opening in 2020, will be a landmark redevelopment on the iconic facade of Plymouth Hoe. The development will consist of a new, boutique hotel and 1620 The Residences. 88 select residences are to be created as part of the development.

1620 benefits from being in an entirely unique, and truly special location. Undoubtedly the best location within the city, its view of Plymouth Sound, access to Plymouth Hoe and surrounding historic assets will make 1620 one of the finest addresses not only within Plymouth, but within the South West of England

In addition, 1620 has easy access to all of the local amenities. The restaurant district (Royal William Yard), the Theatre Royal, Drake Circus shopping and Sutton Harbour are all within approximately 7 minutes of travel time door to door.

Stunning Views

All new residences within 1620 will have stunning ocean views. Each apartment has been carefully designed so that all key living areas and master bedrooms enjoy this unrivalled view.

In addition, each residence has its own spacious private balcony (comfortably large enough for a table of four) on which they can enjoy summer's evenings or simply step out to take in their historic surroundings.
