Hosted in Drapers Hall, a stunning historic venue in the heart of London, the National Tour Guiding Conference 2018 will share and discuss knowledge and best practice around innovation in tour guiding, audience engagement, research and insights, marketing, online booking platforms and availability of bookable product, industry best practice and key audience and market insights.
Key note speakers from nationally renowned brands will be sharing their tour guiding knowledge and insights with the delegates, while seminar sessions will provide more detailed insight into topics.
The event is for tour guides, destinations, guiding organisations, tour operators, businesses who work with tour guides and anyone with an interest in the sector. The event is brought to you by the Discover England Fund US Connections project.
Optional tours of this unique historic venue and the surrounding City of London will be available.
The event is a full day conference, lunch will be provided. During the morning, delegates will hear from key note speakers, in the afternoon there will be a series of seminars to choose from. The speakers and seminar leaders will come back to the main stage for a panel and Q&A session to close the day.
